how do you take a dvd out of a dvd player if the dvd player does not work anymore?

if its on a computer there is a small hole around the faceplate using a straighted paper clip push it in the hole and it should push the disk tray out for you to pull it out the rest of the way, if your using a entertainment center DVD and it doesn't
