Nokia e65 + Holux Bluetooth GPS receiver?

I recently got myself a gps receiver HOLUX M-1200.
it connects to my phone via BT.
or actually.. it wont.
it gives me an error:"GPS is not usable" and it shows me a blinking white screen.
I've tried that GPS receiver

check the baud rate for the e65, it needs to be 4800baud (8N1), also, use NMEA format

Holux GPS receivers are a tad... goofy.
