I have bought a second hand 3rd generation Ipod (15GB). How can I Get my computer to recognise the Ipod?
Nov 13, 2008 by moonman | Posted in Music & Music Players
I have tried all the steps on the Ipod support site when plug my Ipod into my PC it says- One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it. If anyone can help it would be most appriecated.
Have you reset your iPod since you bought it? Go to Settings/Reset All Settings then try again.
