Faulty Psp

My psp analogue stick is faulty it keeps moving by itself when the faceplate is off, even without the rubber!?

I have tried replacing analogue sticks, tightening screws and even a new faceplate! i dont have the warranty sticker either, is there any way it can be fixed!

a few notes.
there is no rubber for the joy stick. there are just 4 pins.
why in the hell did you turn it on without the faceplate? thats asking to short something.
and finally, get some keyboard duster and spray the 4 pins and inside
